Booking Policy

Check in before 14:00 and check out after 12:00 involves paying 50 % of the daily rate.
Notes:
• Child up 4 years old: free of charge
• You are entitled to a 10% off during the low and middle season, provided you stay for more than ten days.

Payment Policy

All bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total amount of your stay via bank deposit.
The remaining amount of payment is to be settled on the departure day.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled:
22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the customer the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the customer).
Any cancellation or alteration of the reservation date within 21 days prior to the arrival date of the customer, the prepayment is not refunded.
In case of not showing up or departing before the scheduled date, the total amount is paid
